Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor throughout their visit
- Assist customers with inquiries about the recovery modalities that we offer and be able to walk them through a contrast therapy session
- Operate the POS system, handle sales transactions accurately, and have knowledge of the various memberships and services that we offer
- Maintain the appearance of the business to ensure that it promotes a welcoming environment
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or scheduling appointments, ensuring clear communication at all times
- Promote new offers actively to enhance customer engagement and sales outcomes
Experience
- Prior experience in the wellness industry and familiarity with recovery modalities (sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy, etc.) is preferred but not required
- Ability to learn our POS system and scheduling software is necessary
- Strong communication skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette to foster positive customer relationships
