Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations to uphold high hygiene standards
- Assist with bussing tables promptly, clearing dishes, and resetting tables for incoming guests
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and smooth restaurant flow
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction
- Contribute to catering events or special functions by setting up, serving, and cleaning up as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality environments preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and hygiene standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments while staying organized and positive
- Basic understanding of the food industry practices related to serving, bussing, and kitchen operations
