Commercial Estimator – Grace Point Contracting LLC
Pay: $25–$30 per hour + Commission After 6 Months
Grace Point Contracting LLC is seeking a reliable and motivated Commercial Estimator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for preparing and submitting competitive bids to secure commercial construction projects while maintaining strong communication with contractors, project managers, and customers throughout the process.
The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working both in the office and onsite at active job locations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate estimates and bid proposals for commercial construction projects
- Submit bids and follow up to help secure new jobs and contracts
- Visit project sites weekly to monitor progress and maintain communication with crews and contractors
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, contractors, and vendors
- Review project plans, specifications, and scope of work
- Coordinate with management regarding project timelines, pricing, and scheduling
- Maintain organized records of bids, contracts, and project communications
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Experience in construction estimating or commercial construction preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project scopes
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer and estimating software knowledge preferred
Compensation & Benefits
