Position Summary
The Delivery Driver is responsible for the accurate, efficient, and timely delivery of cafe and wholesale orders, helping maintain a smooth flow of products between the roastery and our stores.
Responsibilities
- Stage, load, and transport cafe and wholesale orders for to cafe and wholesale partners
- Verify deliveries at each stop and communicate discrepancies or issues
- Communicate clearly with store teams and roastery staff throughout the shift
- Identify and report operational or delivery-related issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles and working space
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (CDL not required)
- Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous delivery, warehouse, or logistics experience is a plus but not required
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting, carrying, and moving of coffee, supplies and equipment
- Ability to safely load and unload delivery vehicles
- Ability to stand, bend and move throughout the shift
- Comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions INDWAREHOUSE
