What You'll Do
As a Client Services Representative, you'll be the welcoming face and voice of Mitchell Animal Hospital. You'll help create exceptional experiences for our clients and their pets while keeping our busy hospital running smoothly.
Client Care
- Welcome clients with a smile and provide outstanding customer service.
- Check patients in and out efficiently.
- Answer phones, emails, and client messages with professionalism and compassion.
- Help clients understand our services and answer general questions.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and their pets.
Scheduling & Front Desk
- Schedule appointments accurately for both our hospital and mobile veterinary services.
- Help manage daily appointment flow.
- Process invoices and payments accurately.
- Coordinate communication between clients and the medical team.
Medical Records & Daily Operations
- Maintain accurate client and patient records.
- Fill prescriptions following hospital protocols.
- Help keep the reception and client areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Restock supplies and assist wherever needed to keep the hospital running efficiently.

Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Customer service experience required.
- Veterinary reception or CSR experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person.
- Comfortable working in a busy, multitasking environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
