Job Description
Arthur’s is seeking a part-time barista to support our café, coffee, and evening programs. We are currently looking to fill the following shifts: Saturdays 9AM-2PM, Saturday 12:30PM-6:30PM, Sunday 7:30AM-1:30PM, Monday 6:30AM-12:30PM.
Shift Duties
- Maintain an impeccably clean, well-organized café counter and back bar.
- Provide a confident, warm customer experience while fulfilling orders both in-store, over the phone, and online.
- FOH essentials such as maintaining order and cleanliness in the café seating areas and supporting market operations as needed.
- Monitor inventory for coffee, milk, water, and bakery items.
- Pending shift schedule, prepare cafe for opening/closing including beginning/end of day cleaning.
- Participate in seasonal menu development.
Qualifications
- 1+ year barista experience preferred.
- Customer-facing and/or food service work experience required.
- Enthusiasm for coffee and learning about the process.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Can-do mindset and positive attitude.
Personality
Arthur’s is looking for someone who is:

Compensation: $14.50/hour plus tips
