We're seeking a Community Manager to oversee an established affordable housing community in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. What You'll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of an established affordable housing community.
- Oversee occupancy, leasing, budgeting, and overall property performance.
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Project-Based Section 8, and Fair Housing regulations.
- Supervise and support onsite staff while fostering a positive team environment.
- Partner with maintenance to maintain a safe, attractive, and well-maintained property.
- Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and ownership while delivering outstanding customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Two or more years of property management experience.
- Experience managing LIHTC and/or Project-Based Section 8 communities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and solve problems.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Comfortable using property management software and Microsoft Office.
- Affordable housing certifications are a plus but not required.
