Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures effectively across all areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens with care and efficiency.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and detergents safely to maintain floors, carpets, surfaces, and appliances in pristine condition.
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or large cleaning supplies while adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain organized cleaning schedules and manage time efficiently to complete tasks within allocated periods.
- Ensure outdoor areas are tidy when required by performing light outdoor work or patio cleaning as part of comprehensive housekeeping services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards.
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and proper manual handling practices.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities for client interactions.
- Must have own equipment and supplies.
