The CBX - CycleBar Experience Associate plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional and memorable experience to every guest who walks through the doors of CycleBar. This part-time position focuses on creating a welcoming and energetic environment that encourages community engagement and promotes a healthy lifestyle. The associate is responsible for supporting daily studio operations, ensuring cleanliness, and assisting with class preparation and customer service. By fostering positive relationships with members and guests, the associate helps drive retention and satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Greet and engage with guests and members in a friendly and professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Assist with check-in procedures, class reservations, and membership inquiries using the studio’s management software.

Prepare the studio for classes by setting up bikes, ensuring equipment is clean and functional, and maintaining a tidy environment.

Support instructors by managing class flow, distributing towels and water, and addressing any guest needs during sessions.

Handle retail sales, including merchandise and class packages, while providing knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
