C3 Wellness – Raleigh Stanhope is a growing outpatient wellness and therapy clinic committed to compassionate, patient-centered care. We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This role focuses on developing individualized treatment plans that promote recovery, functional independence, longevity, and overall well-being. As our client base expands, there is potential for increased hours and future full-time opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality outpatient one-on-one physical therapy services using strong clinical judgment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s diagnosis and goals
- Efficiently complete daily documentation, including progress notes and patient observations
- Build strong rapport with patients, fostering a supportive and empathetic care environment
- Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and independent wellness strategies
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes
- Collaborate closely with Physical Therapy Assistants and other wellness providers
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and clinical best practices
- Refer patients to other C3 Wellness services when appropriate
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
Qualifications
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Current CPR certification
- Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Dependable, organized, and patient-focused
- Effective time management skills in a fast-paced clinical setting
