Responsibilities include

Prepare, assemble, and serve food according to Chick-fil-A standards

Work with urgency to support fast and accurate order fulfillment

Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment

Follow recipes, procedures, and food safety guidelines with excellence

Stock, rotate, and organize food products and supplies

Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house team members

Support lunch, dinner, and high-volume meal periods with focus and energy

Use kitchen equipment safely and properly

Complete cleaning tasks and closing or opening duties as assigned

Uphold Chick-fil-A’s culture, values, standards, policies, and dress code

Support restaurant operations and other duties as assigned
