Shift Leader Responsibilities:

Participate in and provide leadership in day-to-day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Ensure tasks assigned to Team Members are completed

Assist store leadership with employee development

Provide immediate and courteous assistance to guest requests and needs

Assist in the training of new hires and act as a role model for our team

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment

Cash handling and deposits

Monitor business and guest feedback metrics and make appropriate changes on shift to ensure they meet organizational goals

Oversee opening and/or closing responsibilities if applicable

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Qualifications and Requirements:

18+ years of age upon hire date

Eligible to perform work in the United States

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal skills

Respectful toward all guests and employees
