Aurora Healing and Recovery for Women is an all-women-owned behavioral health treatment center serving adult women (18+) in our surrounding communities. We provide a safe, supportive space for healing across levels of care including Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), and Outpatient (OP).
Our program focuses on treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions. We also support women navigating co-occurring challenges, recognizing that mental health and substance use are often interconnected and require individualized, whole-person care.

Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time Clinical Director to provide leadership and structure to our PHP, IOP, and OP programs. This role is ideal for a licensed LMHC and/or LISW who is passionate about women’s mental health, holistic healing, and integrated treatment approaches.
This position is in-person, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to a caseload
- Facilitate curriculum-based psychoeducational and process groups
- Develop individualized treatment plans and conduct ongoing treatment reviews
- Review and track clinical documentation, and ensure timely completion
- Supervise clinical team and clinical interns
- Discharge summaries
- Provide crisis intervention and stabilization as needed
- Collaborate closely with Program Director and management staff
- Engage families and support systems when clinically appropriate
- Participate in discharge planning and aftercare coordination
- Utilize EMR systems efficiently (experience preferred)
Pay: $100,000.00 per year
