Property Management Office & Accounting Coordinator

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented professional to join our small N. Everett property management office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and is looking for a position that combines office administration, bookkeeping/accounting support, and client service.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys staying organized, is comfortable working with numbers and financial information, and can confidently communicate with clients, tenants, vendors, and team members.
Schedule & Hours
We offer flexibility in scheduling. This position may be structured as:
- Part-time: Approximately 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some pre-scheduled periods requiring full-time hours
- Full-time: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Paid holidays, paid vacation, and paid sick leave are provided after the applicable probationary period.
Compensation
- $25–$30 for candidates with strong bookkeeping/accounting or property management experience
- Competitive pay based on your experience in bookkeeping, accounting, office management, and/or property management
Benefits
We are a small, six-person office. While we offer paid time off and paid holidays, health insurance, 401(k), and other traditional employee benefit programs are not provided.
What You'll Do
- Enter and maintain accurate financial and property management records
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations
- Review and organize financial information and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate tenant and client files
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist clients and tenants with questions, requests, and account-related matters
- Perform filing and general office organization
- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects
- Communicate with vendors, clients, tenants, and other business contacts
- Help keep daily office operations running smoothly
- Perform other duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, property management, office management, or a similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial information

- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
