As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll provide exceptional, person-centered care by:
Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other activities of daily living
Building meaningful relationships while promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life
Providing compassionate support to residents living with memory loss and cognitive impairment
Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being
Encouraging participation in daily routines, activities, and social engagement
Working closely with nurses and fellow caregivers to deliver outstanding resident care
Creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for residents and their families
We're looking for dependable, compassionate professionals who are committed to providing exceptional care.
Requirements:
Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing
High School Diploma or GED
Previous experience as a CNA in senior living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, home health, or memory care
Memory Care or dementia care experience is strongly preferred
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A compassionate, patient, resident-first approach to care
