## Overview We are seeking a skilled Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards. ## Duties - Coordinate and supervise all construction activities - Oversee daily operations on the construction site - Manage subcontractors and vendors - Implement and enforce safety measures - Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality meets standards - Create and maintain project schedules - Monitor and control project budgets - Communicate progress updates to stakeholders ## Qualifications - Proven experience in construction management - Strong knowledge of quality control processes - Proficiency in construction estimating and budgeting - Familiarity with construction management software such as Buildertrend, CompanyCam - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Understanding of construction contracts and legal requirements Join our team as a Construction Superintendent to lead successful construction projects with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety.
