Skilled Concrete Laborer
Location: Fargo, North Dakota
Pay: $22-$30
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, Overtime
About the Position
We are seeking a dependable, skilled Concrete Laborer to join our growing crew. The ideal candidate has experience with concrete placement, finishing, formwork, and jobsite preparation. We offer steady work, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Assist with concrete placement and finishing
- Set and strip forms
- Grade and prepare job sites
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Assist with rebar installation and concrete reinforcement
- Perform cleanup and maintain a safe work environment
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of concrete construction experience preferred
- Experience with flatwork, foundations, sidewalks, driveways, or commercial concrete
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to read grade stakes and follow directions
- Valid driver's license preferred
