DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver a welcoming, knowledgeable, and judgment-free experience for every guest every time
- Educate guests on our product menu and cannabis generally
- Answer questions, resolve concerns, and handle guest issues calmly and professionally, escalating to a manager when appropriate
- Maintain working knowledge of relevant state and federal laws regarding marijuana in Washington state
- Keep the sales floor, displays, and product presentation clean, stocked, and inviting.
- Verify that every guest is 21+
- Operate POS systems accurately
- Train new Team Members
- Maintain inventory control & high-volume cash handling
- Support inventory by receiving deliveries, counting and stocking products on the sales floor and doing cycle counts.
- Open and close as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 21+
- Must be able to provide schedule availability
- Thrive in a social environment
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Outgoing, energetic and proactive demeanor
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to react in a calm and decisive manner during emergency situations
- Knowledge of the I502 industry preferred
- Perform all other duties as assigned to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests
