Job Title: Roofing Subcontractor Crew (1099) — Immediate Openings
Location: Bastrop, Smithville, Austin, and Elgin, TX
About the Position:
TLA Roofing & Sheet Metal LLC is actively onboarding professional, fully equipped 1099 independent roofing contractor crews for immediate residential and commercial installations across central Texas. We provide materials delivered directly to the job site — you provide the skilled installation labor.
Compensation & Terms:
- $140.00 per square when TLA Roofing provides the lead
- $160.00 per square when the contractor brings their own lead
- Performance bonus at Owner’s discretion for exceptional volume
- Paid via business check or ACH transfer within 48 hours of passed final walkthrough
- No cash payments
Requirements to Onboard:
- Active IRS Form W-9
- General Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 / $2,000,000 limits) naming TLA Roofing & Sheet Metal LLC as Additional Insured
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Own professional tools, safety harnesses, ladders, and crew transportation
- Must execute TLA Independent Contractor Agreement before starting work
