Our busy Aveda Concept Salon & Spa is looking for a Salon Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves connecting with people. As the first and last impression of our salon, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while helping our team deliver outstanding service.
What You'll Do:
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and manage salon bookings
- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Recommend and sell Aveda retail products
- Support salon operations and team members throughout the day
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area
- Help create an exceptional guest experience from start to finish
What We're Looking For:
- Positive, upbeat personality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Retail sales experience is a plus
- Salon, spa, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Salonbiz Experience a plus
