The Housekeeper (Room Attendant) is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and comfort throughout guest rooms and public areas. Reporting directly to the Housekeeping Supervisor, this role plays a vital part in the guest experience by ensuring rooms are meticulously prepared, restocked, and welcoming ahead of arrival. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, physical stamina, and a sharp eye for detail to uphold the hotel's reputation for exceptional hospitality.

Room Cleaning: Strip and remake beds, vacuum carpets, dust furniture, clean windows/mirrors, and empty trash bins.

Bathroom Sanitation: Scrub and disinfect toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, and countertops.

Restocking Amenities: Replenish towels, bathmats, toiletries (soap, shampoo), coffee/tea supplies, and guest room literature.

Public Area Maintenance: Clean and maintain lobbies, elevators, hallways, public restrooms, and fitness centers.

Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues like broken appliances, plumbing leaks, or burntout lightbulbs.

Lost & Found Protocols: Securely log, tag, and turn in items left behind by guests according to hotel policy.

Cart & Supply Management: Keep housekeeping carts and linen closets clean, organized, and fully stocked for the shift.

Guest Service: Greet guests politely, fulfill special requests (e.g., extra pillows or towels), and respect "Do Not Disturb" signs.

Safety & Chemical Compliance: Safely handle and store industrial cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety regulations.
