We are seeking a passionate and reliable Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. This role is essential in preparing and executing high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to Hawaii-inspired cuisine. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and specifications, ensuring consistency and high quality.
- Cook menu items efficiently on the line during service, adhering to timing and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station, restocking supplies as needed.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service, communicating effectively during peak times.
- Provide assistance to other team members when needed and help foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Assist with inventory management, minimizing waste and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of line cook experience in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniues.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
