Job Summary: iHealth Innovative Solutions is seeking a full-time Project Manager to join a growing team to deliver amazing technology support experiences. This role requires a Project Manager with experience managing projects and deliverables within an Agile environment. You will be responsible for management, coordination, and quality reviews for a team of six who produce large amounts of deliverables per sprint. This position requires understanding and experience with Organizational Change Management in terms of the role training, communications, and stakeholder management plays in enterprise wide SAAS deployments. This is a working Project Manager role where writing, critical thinking, analysis, editing, and organizational skills are of the utmost importance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology environments, including software development, application architecture, or cloud engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience leading or mentoring multidisciplinary technical teams in Agile, DevOps, or operations environments.
- Experience designing, developing, integrating, and sustaining enterprise applications and cloud-based solutions.
- Experience managing the full software development lifecycle.
- Experience implementing Agile methodologies, DevSecOps practices, and operational governance.
