Job Title: Server / Bartender (Upscale Cigar Lounge)

Shakers Cigar Bar is hiring experienced Servers and Bartenders to join our team.
This is a high-level service position in a fast-paced, high-energy lounge — not your average restaurant job. We’re looking for people who can deliver fine-dining level service while thriving in a fun, social atmosphere.
You do not need to be cross-trained — you can apply as a Server or a Bartender.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver attentive, elevated service with strong attention to detail
- Create a memorable guest experience in a lively, upscale environment
- Confidently recommend and upsell food, cigars, and premium spirits
- Read guests and adapt your service style to the room
- Work as part of a high-performing, team-oriented staff
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in upscale, high-volume, or fine dining environments
- Strong sales ability and natural upselling skills
- Professional, confident, and personable presence
- Ability to stay sharp and organized in a fast-paced setting
No cigar or whiskey knowledge required.
We will train you — you just need to be coachable and willing to learn.
