Job Summary
Crew Leader – RDM Environmental
RDM Environmental is seeking an experienced Crew Leader to join our growing team serving the Hudson Valley.
Experience in one or more of the following is preferred but not required:
- Mold remediation
- Water & fire damage restoration
- Demolition
- Radon mitigation
- Construction or related environmental services
- Project management
Requirements:
- Valid, clean driver's license (required)
- Proven experience leading crews and managing job sites
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Capable of safely lifting 50+ lbs. and performing physically demanding work
- Must be available for occasional weekends, nights or when called upon for emergency response
