Position Summary
Brella Beverage is seeking a precise, detail-oriented Batcher to support our beverage production at our new facility. This role is the foundation of our product quality — you will be responsible for accurately weighing, blending, and preparing liquid batches according to formulas, working to ensure every batch meets quality specifications before it reaches the production line. Key Responsibilities Batching & Blending
- Precisely inspect, stage, weigh, and blend ingredients according to produce formulas and ensure proper record keeping
- Collaborate with Operations Manager on in-process analytical results
- Ensure all batch preparations are completed on schedule to support production line demand without holding up the fill line
- Communicate batch status, variances, and readiness to production supervisors in a timely and accurate manner
- Clean and sanitize tanks, mixers, and materials
Compliance & Documentation
- Accurately document lot numbers, quantities, expiration dates, and formula records
- Maintain complete, legible batch records for all production runs
Sanitation & Housekeeping
- Perform cleaning and sanitation of batching equipment, vessels, and associated systems (CIPs, foaming equipment, hand brushing)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant batching area at all times in accordance with standards
- Complete all required sanitation documentation and logs
- Assist with general housekeeping across batching, production, and additional areas as directed by plant leadership
Safety
- Make safety the number one priority in every task — immediately escalate any safety concern observed on the floor
- Handle all cannabis-derived materials with care, following facility protocols for secure storage and access control
Material Handling & Cross-Functional Support
- Operate forklift to move and stage ingredients/materials following all safety procedures
- Coordinate with production operators and supervisors to ensure materials are staged and ready ahead of line requirements
- Assist in other production areas as required by plant supervision
- Demonstrate regular and predictable attendance

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or food/beverage production environment
- Experience with weighing, measuring, or mixing operations in a production setting
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Good verbal and written communication skills; English proficiency required
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to visually inspect product and materials for quality and accuracy
- Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Basic proficiency with digital tools for documentation purposes
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
