Duties
- Prepare and blend smoothies, juices, and specialty beverages according to company recipes and standards
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide friendly service throughout their visit
- Operate POS systems such as Toast POS for order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the smoothie bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols
- Manage cash register transactions efficiently, including cashiering and retail math calculations
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and utensils to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist in food preparation tasks like slicing fruit or assembling ingredients to meet quality standards
Requirements
- Previous barista or food service experience, especially in cafés or smoothie bars, is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS or similar is highly preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining energy and enthusiasm
- Reliable team player with a passion for creating enjoyable guest experiences

Pay: $17.13 - $18.00 per hour
