How It Works You'll start as a Setter, connecting directly with homeowners in your territory, starting conversations, and booking in-home consultations for our sales team. It's high-volume, high-energy work, and the reps who attack it consistently move up fast.
From there, the path is clear: Setter, Closer, Self-Gen Rep. Each step up comes with a higher commission structure. Most of our top performers make the jump from Setter to Closer within just a few months.
What You Can Earn
- Setter: $80,000 – $120,000/year
- Closer: $120,000 – $160,000/year
- Self-Gen Rep: $160,000 – $260,000/year
Our average ticket runs about $25,000, so every consultation you book carries real weight, and that shows up in your paycheck.
What We Provide A proven training program, tested door approach scripts, and support at every stage. You'll also get a data-driven territory analysis with detailed metrics for every zip code in Arizona, so you pick where to work based on real numbers, not guesswork. All of Arizona is open territory.
