Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced LNHA/Skilled Nursing Home Administrator to lead our long-term care facility with passion and professionalism. Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the nursing home, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor personalized care plans for residents, including those requiring Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, memory care, and assisted living services.
- Supervise nursing staff and care teams to ensure delivery of high-quality resident-centered care while maintaining regulatory standards.
- Oversee medication administration processes, ensuring safety protocols are followed meticulously.
- Maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Office tools for reports, resident records, and operational data.
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals, social workers, and community services to support residents’ health and well-being.
- Lead efforts in managing healthcare financials, including budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to optimize facility operations.
Experience
- Proven management experience within nursing home administration or senior living facilities.
- Extensive knowledge of long-term care regulations and health policy compliance.
- Demonstrated leadership in supervising multidisciplinary teams in residential or assisted living settings.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or those requiring specialized dementia or Alzheimer’s care.
- Strong background in healthcare financial management, including budgeting and financial planning.
- Familiarity with home & community care services and disability services experience is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in nursing leadership roles within long-term care or retirement homes is preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
