What You'll Do:
- Twists, Braids, & Blowouts (and you'll be trained on each) - No Color, No Chemical Processes :)
- Deliver customized consultations and luxury hair services tailored to each client
- Create an atmosphere where every client feels seen, celebrated, and cared for
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization—because your space reflects your artistry
- Collaborate with an elite team that uplifts, supports, and inspires each other
- Represent Thrive’s commitment to beauty, precision, and care with every guest who walks through our doors
Your Investment in Growth:
All new stylists participate in Thrive Hair Bar’s signature training—eight, 8-hour sessions over 8 weeks—hosted at our flagship Washington, D.C. location. This hands-on experience sharpens your technical skills and elevates your client care to a luxury standard. This training is required and offering complimentary to all team members
Compensation:
- Guaranteed hourly pay during your first 60 days or a $500 sign-on bonus after your first 60 days if starting as commission-only
- Service commission + retail commission + generous tips
- Earning potential: $40,000 - $70,000+ annually
