OLH Technical Services, LLC, a government contracting industry leader, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Team. This position is located in Norfolk, VA.
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the OLH and GVI Leadership team.
Position Responsibilities:
Assist with office document management, filing (both physical and electronic), scanning, and disposal.
Administrate personnel security clearance processes to include coordinating initial clearance submissions and periodic reinvestigations of staff, providing guidance and instruction to staff to ensure completion of security paperwork, collection of electronic fingerprinting of initial clearance candidates, and providing follow-up clearance report status on processed clearances to managers for specific contracts.
Provide access control support to requests for badges, access cards, and visits, as required by contract.
Hiring Range: $20.00- $26.44 per hour
