Your Mandate
Own the number. Build the team. Turn our demand into a scalable revenue engine that takes us from a strong local company to a multi-office growth machine.
You'll inherit a small but growing team across inside sales and field estimating. Your job is to build the people, playbooks, scorecards, and coaching rhythms that make every lead count.
What You'll Own From Day One
- The Team — Lead inside sales and field estimators. Hire, coach, and develop. Set the standard for how we sell: friendly, sharp, never pushy, always honest.
- The Number — Own the sales scorecard and the weekly cadence that drives it. Run 1:1s, deal reviews, and live call coaching. Catch problems early. Celebrate wins out loud.
- The Playbooks — Sharpen our talk tracks, objection handling, and closing systems. Build the new-hire ramp for every channel.
- Lead Recovery — Launch reactivation, lost-estimate recovery, and outbound. Never let a good lead die.
- Recurring Revenue — Drive membership conversion at the point of sale and own repeat-customer follow-through.
- The Tech Stack — Run quote and estimate operations, champion CRM adoption, and use AI tools daily for call analysis and coaching.
What You'll Build Next
Once the core is humming: stand up the door-to-door team, lay the groundwork for commercial sales (property managers, HOAs, mid-rise), and help size our geographic expansion.
What Winning Looks Like (First 6 Months)
- Stabilize the operating rhythm across inside sales and estimating
- Improve speed-to-lead, follow-up completion, close rate, and average ticket
- Launch consistent lost-estimate recovery and reactivation
- Lift membership conversion at point of sale
- Identify the first scalable outbound or field channel worth investing in
What You Bring
Must-haves:
- 5+ years leading a sales team
- Experience leading inside sales, field sales, estimators, or a comparable multi-channel team
- A track record of growing revenue and close rate against real targets
- Coaching skill — you can listen to a rep and quickly spot what's holding them back
- You know how CRM, dialer, and automation tie into the sales motion
Nice to have:
- Launched or scaled a door-to-door program
- Commercial sales experience (HOAs, property managers, mid-rise)
- Familiarity with the Greater Seattle or Kitsap market
- Comfort with AI tools and gamification platforms

Compensation
- Base: $85,000–$110,000/year, depending on experience
- Performance incentives: $50,000 target, with upside to $115,000+ through accelerators
- Total at target: $140,000–$160,000
- Total earning potential: $225,000+
