A growing precision manufacturing company is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with strong setup and programming skills. Candidates may come from either a CNC lathe or CNC mill background, but must be comfortable programming equipment, working with complex prints, and producing tight-tolerance components.
This position is located in Laotto, IN.

Strong CNC setup and programming experience

Ability to edit and troubleshoot CNC programs

Strong working knowledge of G-code and M-code

Experience with 4-axis CNC machining

Strong blueprint and technical drawing interpretation skills

Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)

Experience machining components to 0.00X tolerances

Ability to select, install, and adjust tooling and workholding

Experience inspecting finished components using precision measuring equipment

Strong mechanical aptitude and machining troubleshooting skills
Must Haves:

Ability to troubleshoot programs, tooling, setups, and machining issues

Technical degree or certification in CNC machining or a related field
