Client Relations Manager
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 annually, plus commission
Location: Vernon, CA
Work Location: In person
Optimum Seismic is looking for a driven Client Relations Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in sales or customer relations, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Experience in the construction, engineering, or related industries is preferred and will be considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, managers, and industry professionals
- Generate new business opportunities and follow up on leads
- Coordinate projects and communicate with clients throughout the sales process
- Attend and represent the company at seminars, trade shows, and industry events
- Work closely with engineering, construction, and project management teams
- Prepare proposals and assist clients in understanding project scope and requirements
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Qualifications
- 2 years of sales experience
- Construction industry experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and manage multiple projects
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus
