Production Partner – Shepherd Real Estate Group | Mission Viejo, CA

We are hiring a Production Partner who is ready to stop chasing inconsistent commissions and start building real momentum inside a structured team. This is a full-time W-2 position with a guaranteed base salary plus tiered performance compensation tied directly to your results.
You will operate across two lanes. First, you will own operations and transaction support, including pipeline management in Follow Up Boss, calendar and email management, active escrow client care, transaction document writing for your files, MLS descriptions, vendor coordination, and a review request sequence at every closing across Google, Zillow, Yelp, and Facebook.
Second, you will own lead conversion and business development, including Realtor.com live transfer response within 60 seconds, open house management on your rotation weekends, buyer and seller qualification, and handling all new incoming opportunities on your coverage weekends.
Darren Shepherd negotiates everything, including offer strategy, repairs, contingencies, and cancellations. You write all transaction documents for the clients you service with Darren and execute his direction. You are empowered to make decisions and handle situations independently when you know the answer. The hard line is contract terms, credits, and price. Those belong to Darren exclusively.
Every lead belongs to Darren Shepherd and the Shepherd Real Estate Group. You are here to support and grow the business, not to build your own.

Compensation:
$50,000 - $90,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Monitor Follow Up Boss daily to ensure no leads are missed, and all call buckets are cleared

Manage Darren's calendar, email triage, and daily business communications

Send Friday end-of-day escrow updates to every active client on your files, covering progress and the week ahead

Write all offers, listing agreements, requests for repairs, contingency removals, and MLS descriptions for clients you service with Darren

Visit properties, coordinate vendor appointments, and handle all transaction support that falls outside Benjalyn's compliance lane

Execute the review request sequence at 100% of closings across Google, Zillow, Yelp, and Facebook

Answer Realtor.com live transfers within 60 seconds as a priority during working hours

Qualify buyers and sellers, position Darren as the expert, and book showings and strategy calls

Run open houses on your rotation weekends and convert attendees into active pipeline opportunities

Handle all new incoming opportunities on your coverage weekends

Log every client interaction in Follow Up Boss before the end of the day without exception

Attend a 30-minute Monday morning check-in with Darren every week without exception
Qualifications:-
Active California real estate license in good standing

Must be willing to transfer license to eXp Realty upon hire

Must sign a team agreement covering lead ownership, client non-solicitation, and business confidentiality prior to start date

Must be local to or willing to work regularly in Mission Viejo, Irvine, and Lake Forest

Must be available Monday through Friday, with alternating weekend coverage rotation

Proficiency with or willingness to learn Follow Up Boss, Google Workspace, and real estate transaction platforms
