Schedule: 2:00 PM-10:30 PM Monday–Friday | Full-Time
Pay: $22+ based on experience + 15% Shift Differential

You’ll work on custom parts—not repetitive, assembly-line production

You’ll operate multiple CNC machines and expand your skillset

Your work directly impacts the quality and performance of our products

Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, and machining centers)

Load materials, secure parts, and execute work orders based on specifications and blueprints

Ensure parts meet quality standards through inspection and measurement

Complete work order documentation accurately

Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Collaborate with team members and assist with training others

Follow all safety and quality standards while actively contributing ideas for improvement

Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions

Experience operating CNC equipment or similar machining tools

Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy

Basic to intermediate math skills and problem-solving ability

Experience using measurement tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)

Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Willingness to work overtime as needed to support production

Prior manufacturing or machining experience

Vocational or technical training in machining or fabrication
