Customer Service Representative
Oleson Saw Technology has been proudly serving the wood industry since 1994. Our services and products are designed around the ever-changing needs of sawmills, chip mills, paper mills, pallet manufacturers and the like.
We are currently looking for a full-time, highly skilled, motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate is an experienced self-starter who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities from incoming leads and attentive follow up.
- Growing and Maintaining Current accounts.
- Assist Accounts Receivable with collections on accounts past due.
- Anticipates customer needs and requirements.
- Entering labor tickets.
- Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer’s needs.
- Assisting billing team confirming all packing slips with invoice submissions.
- Answering phones and managing general customer inquiries.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience with phone sales
- Proficient Organization Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Efficient and professional email etiquette.
- Drug test required for employment.
