Freight Coordinator — Keep Equipment Moving, Customers Happy, and Logistics on Track
We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and solutions-focused Freight Coordinator to help keep our freight operations running smoothly from pickup to delivery. If you enjoy solving problems, coordinating moving pieces, building vendor relationships, and making sure customers get what they need on time, this role is a great fit.
As our Freight Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the General Manager, Sales Manager, warehouse team, customers, and transportation partners to coordinate inbound and outbound freight. You’ll help secure reliable carriers, monitor shipments, control costs, and keep communication clear so every load moves efficiently and accurately.

Coordinate freight scheduling, shipment details, and delivery timelines.

Post freight directly on platforms such as Truckstop.com and 360 Freight to reduce broker dependency and control costs.

Communicate with carriers, customers, warehouse staff, sales, and management to keep everyone informed.

Build strong working relationships with transportation companies and freight contacts.

Track shipments, troubleshoot delays, and take initiative when issues arise.

Support quality control, compliance, and internal checks and balances.

Help improve freight processes, transportation efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. You should be comfortable communicating with different teams, negotiating or comparing freight options, and stepping in quickly when transportation challenges come up.
