We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Infant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Duties
- Lead daily classroom activities focused on infant development, ensuring a stimulating and safe environment
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood learning and development
- Supervise and support assistant teachers and caregivers, fostering teamwork and professional growth
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations, including pediatric first aid and CPR requirements
- Manage classroom behavior through positive guidance strategies and effective behavior management techniques
- Maintain detailed records of children's developmental progress, attendance, and incident reports
Requirements
- Proven experience working with infants in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, infant care practices, and classroom management
- Valid certifications in first aid, CPR, pediatric first aid, and mandated reporting laws
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration
- Ability to implement child supervision protocols effectively while fostering independence in young children
- Demonstrated commitment to early childhood education standards and best practices

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
