We’re looking for an Assistant Trainer to support the development of our Houston team from the ground up. This role is critical in ensuring every new hire is set up for success — from their first shift through full integration into the café.

Assist in training new hires on bar, service, and operational standards

Reinforce consistency in drink quality and customer experience

Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and coaching opportunities

Help maintain training materials and processes

Provide handson coaching and feedback during live shifts

Strong barista experience with high standards for quality

Passion for teaching, coaching, and developing others

Clear communicator with patience and attention to detail

Ability to lead by example and reinforce expectations

Base Pay: $24/ hr flate rate for trainer shifts, which are typically 8 hours per week, but this is subject to change with business need. This position is combined with a Shift Lead role. $11 per hour for Lead shifts + tips

Training Differential: +$9/hour while in training
