At RJW Exteriors, We don’t believe in throwing people straight into sales without mastering the fundamentals. Our canvassing team is where you learn communication, persuasion, confidence, and discipline—skills that transfer directly into high-earning sales roles.
This role is face-to-face marketing, not telemarketing, not retail, and no selling at the door. Your job is to start conversations, build rapport, and set appointments for our sales consultants.
