We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented AM Cleaner to join our team at our brewery and smokehouse. This position plays a key role in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and organized environment for both guests and staff before daily operations begin. The ideal candidate takes pride in cleanliness, works efficiently independently, and helps ensure our facility is always presentation-ready.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms throughout the facility
- Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of all floors and walkways
- Arrange dining room tables, chairs, and furniture to company standards
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Perform overall janitorial cleaning duties throughout the restaurant and brewery areas
- Maintain cleanliness of entrances, patios, and other guest-facing spaces
- Restock restroom supplies and cleaning materials as needed
- Assist with light organizational tasks to help prepare the facility for opening
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist the floor staff with Bussing tables, keeping the tables and floors clean and refreshing tables when guests leave.
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial, cleaning, or restaurant cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning supplies and trash as needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Schedule & Pay
- Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Pay: $15/hour
