Job Summary
Kiwi Kids ABA is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Sales & Community Outreach Representative to help grow our ABA therapy services across Colorado. In this role, you will build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, schools, psychologists, hospitals, therapists, and community organizations to help connect families with high-quality ABA services.
This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, self-motivated, and enjoys meeting new people, networking, and helping families access care. You will represent Kiwi Kids ABA in the community, generate referral partnerships, follow up on leads, attend events, and help expand our presence throughout Colorado.
The ideal candidate is confident speaking with professionals, comfortable traveling locally, and excited to be part of a fast-growing healthcare company making a real impact in children’s lives.
Duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pediatricians, schools, therapists, hospitals, and other referral sources throughout Colorado
- Conduct in-person visits to medical offices, schools, clinics, and community organizations to introduce Kiwi Kids ABA services
- Educate referral sources on ABA therapy and explain how Kiwi Kids ABA supports children and families
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to increase referrals and community partnerships
- Follow up consistently with referral sources and maintain ongoing communication
- Attend networking events, conferences, community events, and healthcare meetings representing Kiwi Kids ABA
- Coordinate lunch-and-learns, office drop-offs, and educational presentations for referral partners
- Track outreach activities, referrals, and partnership opportunities using company systems
- Work closely with the intake and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding for referred families
- Assist with marketing initiatives, promotional materials, and community engagement campaigns
- Identify new growth opportunities and strategic partnerships across the state
- Maintain a professional and positive image of the company at all times
- Travel locally throughout Colorado as needed
Experience
- Prior experience in sales, business development, healthcare marketing, customer service, or community outreach preferred
- Experience in ABA, healthcare, behavioral health, education, or pediatric services is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with doctors, school staff, therapists, and families professionally and confidently
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Ability to travel locally and maintain a flexible schedule
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or outreach tracking tools is a plus
- Passion for helping children and families access quality care

Pay: $49,256.98 - $59,320.24 per year
