At Nexsentio, the Operations Supervisor leads a high-volume operation, managing multiple teams and ensuring exceptional service delivery at complex or large-scale client sites. Big Picture:
● Supervise multiple Site Leads and their assigned cleaning or maintenance teams to ensure
consistent, high-quality service.
● Coordinate daily operations to meet client expectations and company standards.
● Develop and coach team members in line with the Supervisor Playbook principles of
communication, accountability, and growth.
● Partner with the Operations Supervisor and Account Manager to execute site-level goals
and respond to evolving client needs.
● Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA and Nexsentio standards.
● Model Nexsentio’s values of loyalty, teamwork, and respect in every interaction.
Day-to-Day:
● Oversee the performance of Site Leads and frontline employees, providing direction,
coaching, and corrective action as needed.
● Ensure staffing coverage, schedule adherence, and daily work completion across multiple
zones or departments.
● Conduct regular site walk-throughs with Site Leads to ensure cleanliness, safety, and
operational compliance.
● Communicate daily priorities, updates, and performance expectations through briefings
and shift recaps.
● Train and mentor Site Leads on leadership, team development, and time management
practices.
● Monitor inventory and ensure that supplies, PPE, and equipment are maintained and
properly distributed.
● Partner with HR on attendance, performance, and employee relations matters.
● Ensure accurate completion of timecards, incident reports, and safety documentation.
● Maintain professional communication with clients and escalate concerns to the
Operations Supervisor or Account Manager as appropriate.
● Participate in performance reviews and goal-setting processes for Site Leads and team
members.
● Lead by example — performing site work or demonstrations as necessary to uphold
standards and credibility.
Qualifications:
● 2–4 years of leadership experience in janitorial, facilities, or operations management.
● Demonstrated ability to supervise multiple teams and manage complex, multi-area sites.
● Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize in fast-
paced environments.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and
Spanish
● Working knowledge of cleaning systems, chemical safety, and maintenance procedures.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and mobile scheduling or inspection
tools.
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

As of January 2025, in California, the annual base salary for an at- will 40-hour exempt operations supervisor in the facilities services industry typically ranges from $71,000 to $75,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
