Victory Motors of Colorado is a family-owned dealership serving Colorado since 2008, offering 400+ quality pre-owned cars, trucks, and SUVs. We are growing and looking for a motivated, energetic, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Longmont.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers through the vehicle purchasing process from start to finish
- Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic
- Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, benefits, and financing options
- Work closely with management to structure and close deals
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current on inventory
- Help create an outstanding customer experience that drives referrals and repeat business
What We’re Looking For:
- Automotive sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
- Competitive mindset with a desire to succeed
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation:
Base + Commission / Commission Structure (depending on experience)
