Responsibilities Include:
- Establishing and upholding overall facility policies and goals in connection to the Social Services Department.
- Performing assessments, care planning, and over viewing resident satisfaction.
- Ensure that Social Services Department is running efficiently, and according to all guidelines, laws, and regulations.
Requirements:
- Must have previous management experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, or general Senior Care setting.
- Should have a Master's in Social Work.
- Several years of experience in Social Work, as well as Management experience.
- Prior SNF experience.
- Should have exceptional interpersonal & leadership skills.
- Must be capable and comfortable with working closely with a team, and taking charge on a regular basis.
- Should have extensive knowledge of guidelines and regulations within the area of Social Services.
