Job Summary
We are looking for a licensed clinician to join our private practice. Our focus is to help individuals, couples, and families heal, grow, and thrive emotionally and spiritually. We integrate therapeutic expertise with a Christian framework to empower clients to live authentically and in alignment with their faith. You will help clients overcome challenges, heal from past trauma, and develop healthy coping mechanisms, all while respecting their spiritual beliefs.
We are a perfect fit for a clincian with a passion to work independently but who does not want the hassle of owning their own business!
Job Type: Part-time or Full-time
Expected hours: Minimum 15 hours per week
Expected weeks/yr: Minimum 48 weeks per year
Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage a private practice caseload of clients, including scheduling appointments and consulting with potential clients.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' presenting concerns, goals, and treatment needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Provide compassionate counseling to individuals, couples, and families.
- Incorporate Christian faith practices at client's request.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and billing records.
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy, respect, and non-judgmental support.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards of practice, including maintaining client confidentiality and obtaining informed consent.
- Actively engage in marketing and networking efforts to attract new clients and promote the practice's services.
- Stay informed about developments in the field of mental health therapy through ongoing professional development and continuing education.
- Be able to see a minimum of 20 clients/week.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work.
- Current licensure in the state of Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT)
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and providing evidence-based interventions for a range of mental health disorders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
- Willingness to embrace technology for teletherapy and electronic health recordkeeping.
