Uncharted is hiring a Store Manager to lead our retail store in the Albany area. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and building a high-performing team. This Store Manager role is ideal for a strong retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team to deliver strong customer service and sales results
- Drive store performance through effective sales and service leadership
- Manage daily retail store operations including scheduling, payroll, and inventory
- Execute visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
- Coach and train team members including Assistant Store Managers, Retail Supervisors, Key Holders, and Sales Associates
- Build customer loyalty through strong service, engagement, and selling behaviors
- Recruit, hire, and retain top talent to meet staffing needs
- Partner with the District Manager and cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Retail Supervisor
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, and store operations
- Ability to manage payroll, scheduling, and store performance
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: 70000-80000/per year
Bonus eligibility if applicable
