No previous restaurant experience is required. We provide the in-store training and support you need to succeed.
Crew Member Responsibilities
As a Crew Member, you will:
- Welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
- Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Marco’s Pizza recipes and quality standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with customers, managers, and other team members.
- Maintain food quality, portion, and presentation standards.
- Follow sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety procedures.
- Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, equipment, and utensils.
- Stock and restock workstations, ingredients, and display areas.
- Provide excellent customer service during every interaction.

Experience
