As a Shift Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading restaurant operations, coaching team members, and ensuring every shift runs smoothly, safely, and successfully.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and motivate team members throughout the shift
Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service to every guest
Coach and develop crew members through real-time feedback
Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are met
Monitor restaurant performance and drive results
Manage labor, productivity, and shift execution
